Advocates for Fact-based Policy Making (AFPS) is a group of animal advocates, scientists and other animal loving people interested in developing humane programs and laws based on facts and scientific data that can produce measurable results.
It is the mission of AFPS to provide decision makers with the facts and information regarding pet and animal related issues needed to set responsible policy and enact prudent life-saving laws.
AFPS produces scientific reports, studies, and data to help support decision makers as they set policy and enact laws.
